BANDCAMP EXCLUSIVE

This is an extra track added later to my third album 'The Woods', released on the Summer solstice 2020 (20th June).
This track features a duet with Duncan Chisholm and Hamish Napier, recorded by engineer Barry Reid in the Bishop's Chapel in Eden Court Theatre, Inverness in August 2019.

I - IOGH is normally used for the letter ’I’ in the Scottish Gaelic alphabet and represents the iconic Yew tree (Taxus baccata). This is the second tune dedicated to the letter 'I' (See also track #2 on The Woods album, called 'The Tree of Blessings' for juniper).

The oldest living thing in the Britain Isles is the world-famous Fortingall Yew, which is possibly over 5000 years old. Some scientists say it may even precede the ice age!
